The first house in Auckland is a 3 brm unit with parking for only two cars. The second house is a home and income type located at Gulf Harbour. The third house is a cheap two brm flat in Mangere, a very poor area in Auckland.

Internal access, 2 car garage, 3 electric storage heaters with pink bats in the ceiling and walls, open plan kitchen, family room and a formal lounge. The back yard is big enough for practising golf, using a lobe wedge. There is plenty of room to park the trailer yacht on the front lawn.

My first house in NZ had 4 brm and a one car garage. It was 37 years old. In winter we discovered that the walls and floors were not insulated. I was using a portable gas heater which produces a lot of water vapour and using up most of the oxygen!
