Apparently some people in New Zealand collect houses just like they do postage stamps. There was this hype about buying rental properties as an investment. The Tofu shop towkay in Auckland was reputed to have collected not less than 27 houses.
The first house in Auckland is a 3 brm unit with parking for only two cars. The second house is a home and income type located at Gulf Harbour. The third house is a cheap two brm flat in Mangere, a very poor area in Auckland.
